Enter Calendly Personal Access Token

Go to Calendly > Integrations & apps > API & Webhooks to generate a token. BAM-OS will use it to create a webhook subscription via the Calendly API.

Subscribe to Webhook

BAM-OS will register a webhook subscription with Calendly via their API. No manual setup needed -- just click the button below.

Verify Connection

Create a test booking in Calendly. It should appear as a new episode in BAM-OS.

Complete the steps above first.

How it Works
  1. 1. Guest books through your Calendly link
  2. 2. Calendly sends a webhook to BAM-OS
  3. 3. BAM-OS creates a new guest record (if needed)
  4. 4. A new episode is created with status “booked”
  5. 5. AI guest research job is automatically queued
